When the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum decided to upgrade and reinstall its award-winning “Wichita—The Magic City” exhibit, the staff called on the museum professionals at Heberling Associates, Inc. HAI’s museum specialists assisted the Wichita exhibit team with research and planning and wrote all the labels for the exhibit. The “Magic City” chronicles the history of Wichita from its beginnings to 1911.
Building upon the success of “The Magic City,” the museum then developed and completed the next phase of the Wichita exhibit. “The Spirit of Wichita” interprets the history of the city from 1912 to 1939. Heberling Associates, Inc. was contracted to write the labels for the second exhibit as well.
